For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify the seller that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. This is a statutory right, not a special promotion.

A mix of standard products is not automatically exempt just because you selected the contents. Exceptions can apply to rapidly perishable products and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any applicable exception must be explained before purchase. Keep product seals intact while deciding.

Our return address, contact channel and online withdrawal option will be provided before checkout opens. Do not send parcels to a manufacturer or an unconfirmed address. Orders and returns cannot currently be submitted through this preview.

Our return-postage policy is being finalised and will be stated before purchase. For a change-of-mind return, customers can be asked to pay return postage only if informed beforehand. Faulty or incorrect goods are handled separately.

For a valid withdrawal, refunds are generally due within 14 days of notification, although the seller may wait for the goods or proof of return, whichever arrives first. A full-order refund includes the standard outbound delivery cost; an upgrade above standard delivery need not be refunded.

Your rights for faulty or incorrect goods are separate from change-of-mind returns. Once support opens, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Keep the packaging and any helpful photos so the issue can be assessed. Do not consume damaged or suspect products.

Choose exactly ten eligible individual gels. You can mix brands and flavours or choose several of the same gel. The total updates as you go. A starter mix is editable; you remain in control of every gel.

The discovery box focuses on individual gels for trying flavours and formats. Multi-serving gels and refill pouches are sold separately through the shop, with their full pack price clearly shown.

Yes, the planned Precision range includes PF 30 Caffeine Gel. Caffeine is identified on product pages and in the shop filters. Choose caffeine-free products if you want to avoid it, and always follow the label.

No. It is a planning tool based on duration, your selected carbohydrate target and product quantities. Practise your plan in training. It does not estimate your individual fluid or sodium needs.
